Job Summary:
Precision Social, a fast-growing digital marketing agency, is seeking a talented and versatile Content Creator (Photo & Video) to join our team. This dual role is pivotal in both capturing raw video footage, transforming that footage into polished video projects designed for social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok and shooting and editing photos. As a vital member of our creative team, you will split your time between on-location shooting in the Chicago-land area and editing at our Mokena office.
Responsibilities:
- Shoot and record video on-location using professional cameras and iPhones, ensuring the capture of high-quality footage that aligns with project goals.
- Edit raw video content into finished projects for social media platforms, focusing on Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok videos.
- Collaborate with the Strategy Director to develop and implement social media strategies.
- Collaborate with our production team to boost creativity, meet content goals, and ensure quality.
- Actively participate in strategic meetings with clients and subcontractors.
- Ensure all video content aligns with client brand identity and strategic objectives.
Qualifications, Skills, and Traits:
- High school diploma; no college degree required.
- At least 2 years of experience in videography and photography.
- Skills in Davinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, or social media apps like Instagram and TikTok are advantageous but not required.
- Strong interest in trends, strategies, and internet culture.
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Traits: Reliable, intuitive, confident, takes initiative, and creativity.
Compensation:
- Salary for full-time positions.
